| Reverse description | Large elaborately quartered coat of arms of Hesse-Cassel, surmounted by an ornate closed crown and supported on either side by rampant lions as heraldic supporters, the whole set upon a decorative mantle. A cartouche below the shield bears the inscription BIBERER SILBER, referencing the Bieber mining silver used to strike this piece. The date 1785 appears in the exergue flanking the mintmaster initials IFH, while the legend X EINE FEINE MARCK arcs across the upper field, denoting the fineness standard of ten coins to the fine mark. |
