She holds an upright sword with both hands resting on its pommel and a heraldic shield bearing the Prussian eagle is positioned to her right. The figure is set upon a stepped rectangular plinth, with the date 1871 inscribed in the exergue below. The legend SIEGES THALER is arranged in two arcing segments flanking the figure on either side, within a beaded border.
