Obverse lettering SEBASTIAN HATZFELDT NOD WILDENB CROTT RVDOLPH II D G R I S A
Reverse description Two standing allegorical figures of Honos (Honor) and Virtus (Virtue) facing one another in the center field, joined by a chain from which hangs the Hatzfeld family coat of arms; a cornucopia and a shield with military trophies are visible at their sides, with a small animal at their feet. The word HONOS appears to the left and VIRTVS to the right in the field, with ET inscribed above between the figures. The date 1597 appears in the exergue, though the coin was struck in Nuremberg in 1666, making this a posthumous restitution issue bearing the earlier die date.
