| Obverse description | Panoramic view of the city of Nuremberg occupying the central field, rendered in fine detail with towers, spires, and fortifications. Above the cityscape, three ornate cartouches bear heraldic shields — the imperial eagle at center flanked by the Nuremberg city arms — joined by decorative strapwork. The outer legend MO·REIPUB·NORIB·ERG runs along the upper border within a beaded inner circle. In the lower exergue, a three-line Latin prayer inscription serves as a chronogram encoding the date 1633: PAX ADSIT BELLVM FVGIAT PESTISQVE SEVERA. |

| Reverse description | Crowned double-headed imperial eagle displayed without sword or scepter, with elaborately engraved plumage covering the spread wings and body. A single imperial crown surmounts both heads at the top of the coin. The surrounding legend, read clockwise from upper right, identifies the reigning emperor: FERDINAN·II·D·G·ROM·IMP·SEMP·AVG·G·H·B·REX, referencing Ferdinand II as Holy Roman Emperor, King of Germany, Hungary, and Bohemia. The design is contained within a finely beaded inner border. |
