Reverse description The reverse depicts Saint Rudbertus (Rupert of Salzburg), the patron saint of the archbishopric, enthroned in full pontifical vestments including a mitre, holding a crozier in his left hand. The saint is shown facing slightly forward in a formal, hieratic pose upon a decorated throne. The date 1614 appears in the upper field to the left of the figure. The design is framed within a beaded inner border, with the Latin legend running around the full circumference between the inner beaded border and the outer rope border of the klippe flan.
