| Reverse description | Centrally positioned quartered heraldic shield of the House of Hohenlohe, surmounted by an elaborate crowned helmet with foliate mantling, flanked on either side by a large ornate palm or feather branch tied at the base with a ribbon bow. The four quarters of the shield display lions passant, a lion rampant, and diaper (lozenge) patterns characteristic of the Hohenlohe arms. The date 1684 appears to the left within the circular Latin legend, which is punctuated by dots and reads as a devotional motto. |
