| Reverse description | Elaborate quartered heraldic shield of the Habsburg-Austrian domains, surmounted by an archducal crown, flanked by ornate foliate scrollwork supporters. The shield displays the arms of Austria (barry), Burgundy, Tyrol, and other associated territories, rendered in fine engraved detail. The entire composition is contained within an inner beaded circle. The circumferential Latin legend surrounding the shield reads RELIQ·ARCHD·GVBERNAT·PLEN·ET·COM·TIROL·LAND·ALS, with a small cross at the top, recording Leopold's titles as Governor-General of the Remaining Archduchy, Count of Tyrol and Landgrave of Alsace. |
