| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of Archduke Leopold V facing right, wearing an ornate crown, with a ruffled collar visible at the neck. The effigy is rendered in high relief in the late Renaissance style, showing the subject in elaborate plate armor with decorative engraving. The date numerals appear in the right field flanking the bust. A beaded inner circle frames the portrait, with the Latin legend running continuously around the outer border between the beaded circle and the coin's rim. |
