| Obverse description | Bare-headed draped bust of Archduke Leopold V facing right, wearing armour with an ornate gorget and lace collar, his hair falling to the neck. The effigy is set within a beaded inner circle, with the date 1620 appearing in the lower field at the base of the portrait. A Latin legend surrounds the bust reading LEOPOLD·D·G·ET·ARCHIDVCES·AVST·LVC·BVR, separated by pellets and a cross, identifying the ruler as Leopold by the Grace of God, Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy. |
