Reverse description Three heraldic shields arranged in a triangular composition and surmounted by a single princely electoral crown at the top center. The left shield bears the Bavarian lozengy arms quartered with the Palatinate lion, the right shield displays additional territorial arms, and the central lower shield bears an orb with a cross, representing the imperial Reichsapfel. The date 1708 is divided at the top on either side of the crown, and the circumferential Latin legend records the Elector's full titles and dignities.
