Additional information

Jägerndorf passed to Margrave John George of Brandenburg in 1606 under Hohenzollern administration of the Silesian duchy, a tenure that would prove short-lived — the duchy was confiscated by the Habsburgs in 1621 following John George's support for the Bohemian revolt. Thalers from his rule are consequently scarce, minted across roughly fifteen years before imperial sequestration ended the Brandenburg minting authority there entirely.
