| Reverse description | Central achievement of the full Brandenburg electoral arms displayed on a large quartered shield with an inescutcheon bearing the Hohenzollern scepter, the quarters containing the heraldic devices of Brandenburg, Swabia, Nuremberg, and other territories. The shield is flanked by elaborate acanthus mantling and supported by two rampant lions, surmounted by a closed electoral crown and a displayed double-headed imperial eagle with spread wings above. The circular peripheral legend in Roman capitals reads ROM IMP ARC CAM ET ELEC, separated by pellet stops, within a beaded border. |
