Obverse description Facing confronted busts of the two co-ruling dukes, Henry the Younger (left, helmeted and armored) and Erich III (right, bearded and draped), their effigies nearly touching at center with the last two digits of the date (5 6) divided between them in the field. A beaded inner circle frames the busts, with a continuous Latin legend reading around the full circumference of the coin.
