Obverse description Central field occupied by the quartered arms of Mansfeld, displaying alternating horizontal barry and lozengy (diamond) quarters, surmounted by a comital crown from which rises an elaborate crest of multiple feathered plumes fanning outward. Two ornate scrolled supporters flank the shield on either side. The arms are set within a beaded inner circle, with the peripheral Latin legend encircling the entire design.
