Reverse description Elaborate quartered coat-of-arms comprising 22 fields, surmounted by eight heraldic helmets arranged across the upper portion of the shield; the date is split by the central helmets, reading 16 66 on either side. The shield displays sharply pointed upper corners characteristic of the Saxon Gesamtthaler type. The mint-master's initials CR appear flanking the arms in the field. The encircling Latin legend proclaims the elector's dignity as Arch-Marshal and Elector of the Holy Roman Empire.
