| Reverse description | Large, elaborately detailed multi-quartered coat of arms of Brandenburg-Prussia, surmounted by multiple crested helmets bearing heraldic devices including eagles, with two wildman supporters standing on either side. The arms are divided into numerous quarters displaying the various territorial blazons of the Hohenzollern dominions. The circular Latin legend DEUS FORTITUDO MEA (God is my strength) arches around the upper portion of the field. The entire composition is rendered in the grand baroque heraldic style characteristic of late 17th-century German thalers. |
