Reverse description Elaborate quartered coat of arms of the Margraviate of Brandenburg-Bayreuth, surmounted by an ornate royal crown and flanked by exuberant Baroque scrollwork cartouche with foliate and palm-branch decorations. The date 17-60 is divided and placed to either side of the lower shield. The mint name BAYREUTH appears in the lower exergue, with the mintmaster's initials C•L•R• below. The circular legend ZEHEN EINE FEINE MARCK denotes the coin's fineness standard of ten pieces to the fine Cologne Mark.
