Reverse description The crowned imperial double-headed eagle displayed in the center of the field, its wings spread and each head crowned, supporting on its breast an elaborate quartered heraldic shield bearing the arms of the Habsburg-Lorraine dominions. The mint mark letters appear in the lower portion of the field flanking the eagle's tail. The date is incorporated into the circumferential legend, which reads IN TE DOMINE SPERAVI, interrupted by a small cross. The entire composition is enclosed within a milled border with a raised inner rim, consistent with the high-quality Baroque die engraving of the Viennese tradition.
