Reverse description Quartered coat of arms of the House of Schwarzenberg, displaying alternating fields of vertical bars and a crouching bird (upper right and lower left quarters) and a lion's head (upper left and lower right quarters), surmounted by a princely crown. The escutcheon is encircled by an elaborate wreath of foliage, fruit, and flowers in the Baroque style. The date 1696 is divided by the wreath to the left, and the engraver's initials appear at the base of the design. A circular Latin legend surrounding the composition reads DOM . IN HOHEN LANDSBERG . GIMB . MUR . WIT. ET FRAUENBERG, listing the prince's territorial titles.
