| Reverse description | Crowned double-headed imperial eagle displayed, with wings spread, bearing an escutcheon on its breast featuring the quartered arms of the Habsburg lands, including the Bohemian lion. The date appears in the upper field above the shield, with the year 1630 visible on examined specimens. A circular Latin legend surrounding the eagle continues the obverse titulature with Ferdinand II's secondary dignities. A small orb or imperial globe may appear at the base of the shield. The overall composition is bold and heraldically precise, consistent with Prague mint Thaler production of the late 1620s. |
