| Obverse description | Draped bust of Ferdinand II of Fürstenberg facing right, wearing ecclesiastical robes with a mozzetta and lace collar, his hair styled in loose curls typical of the late Baroque period. A decorative band bearing the motto SVAVITER ET FORTITER arches above the head. The peripheral legend runs continuously around the coin in Latin, identifying the bishop and his titles. The portrait is rendered in high relief with fine engraved detail characteristic of the period. |
