Obverse description Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Charles VI facing right, depicted in elaborate armour with a flowing long wig in the Baroque style. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine detail to the hair, gorget, and pauldron. A circular Latin legend surrounds the portrait, reading CAROL' VI D G RO IMP S A GER HISP HV BO REX, proclaiming his titles as Holy Roman Emperor, King of Germany, Spain, Hungary, and Bohemia. The milled border frames the design on the coin's periphery.
