| Reverse description | Central shield bearing the quartered arms of the Prince-Bishopric of Trento, depicting the Tridentine eagle and the Bohemian lion in the respective quarters, surmounted by a large pontifical mitre above crossed croziers. The date 15-20 is divided to either side of the mitre in the upper field. The word VNITAS appears on a scroll or tablet in the lower portion of the central device. The entire armorial composition is enclosed within a beaded inner circle, surrounded by the circumscribed Latin legend OMNE REGNVM IN SE DIVISVM DESOLABITVR, a biblical quotation from Luke 11:17 warning that every kingdom divided against itself shall be desolated. |
