| Obverse description | The obverse presents the elaborately quartered coat of arms of the Duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, centrally positioned within the field and flanked by ornate baroque scrollwork cartouche supporters. The shield displays multiple heraldic charges including rampant lions, a striped field, an eagle, and other dynastic emblems across nine quarters. Surmounting the arms are three ducal crowns, each topped with distinctive crests.
