| Obverse description | Draped bust of Anton Ignaz von Fugger-Glött, Prince-Provost of Ellwangen, facing right, wearing ecclesiastical robes adorned with a pectoral cross and lace collar, with flowing curled wig. The encircling Latin legend reads ANT.IGN.D:G.S.R.I.PRINCEPS.PRÆP.AC DOM.ELVANCENSIS, with the date 1765 and the engraver's initials E.G. appearing in the lower field flanking the truncation. The portrait is rendered in high relief in the Baroque tradition, within a toothed or beaded border. |
