| Reverse description | Laureate and draped bust of Emperor Francis I (Franz I of the Holy Roman Empire) in right-facing profile, rendered in high relief with finely detailed curling wig, armored pauldron, and imperial mantle. The imperial crown is prominently depicted at the truncation of the bust in the lower left field. The portrait is executed in the Baroque style characteristic of Oexlein's engraving. The circumferential legend, separated from the effigy by a plain inner border, identifies the emperor by his titles, and a reeded rim borders the coin's edge. |
