| Reverse description | Displayed double-headed imperial eagle with spread wings, each head surmounted by a crown and both united beneath a central imperial crown at the top; an orb bearing a cross is depicted on the breast. The surrounding legend, bearing the titles of Emperor Ferdinand III, runs continuously within a beaded border along the coin's circumference. The eagle's plumage is rendered in fine detail consistent with the baroque engraving style of the mid-seventeenth century. |
