Reverse description A displayed double-headed imperial eagle with wings spread, surmounted by an elaborate crown, all contained within a beaded inner circle. The eagle's two heads face outward to either side, and the tail feathers are rendered with detailed plumage. The surrounding Latin motto legend TVTISSIMA. QVIES. (meaning 'The safest repose') runs between the beaded border and the outer rim, punctuated by small star and rosette stops.
