| Reverse description | The reverse presents a further multi-line Arabic epigraphic legend arranged in two horizontal registers across the field, again separated by a prominent linear band, following the standard layout of Delhi Sultanate billon tankas of this period. The inscription records the AH regnal year and mint name, rendered in the bold angular script associated with Sikandar Shah's monetary issues. The strike shows the typical softness and flan irregularity of hammered coinage, with portions of the legend occasionally running off the edge of the planchet. No decorative border or figurative motif is present. |
