| Reverse description | Reverse bears a multi-line Arabic inscription in bold Naskh script, divided by a prominent horizontal line across the field. The upper register reads 'As-sultan Muzaffar Shah' identifying the ruler, while the lower register carries the pious formula 'khallad Allah mulkahu' (may God perpetuate his reign). The legends occupy the full flan with characteristic Gujarati sultanate calligraphic style. The strike is typical of hammered coinage with slight irregularity at the edges. No mint name or regnal year is visible on this specimen. |
