| Obverse description | Hammered silver tanka with multilateral Arabic legends filling the entire field in bold, deeply struck Naskh script. The inscription, arranged in multiple horizontal lines within a circular flan, proclaims the sultan's royal titles and epithets. The legend reads the name and titles of Nusrat Shah, ruler of the Delhi Sultanate. No central motif or border is present, the lettering dominating the full surface in the characteristic style of late Tughluq-era coinage. |
