| Obverse description | Central field features a circular medallion containing a three-line Ranjana (Lantsa) inscription enclosed between two horizontal lines, surrounded by a dotted inner border. Eight large stylized lotus petals radiating outward from the central medallion each bear individual Ranjana script characters, filling the annular field. The entire design is framed by an outer beaded border. The overall composition reflects traditional Tibetan Buddhist artistic conventions rendered in hand-struck silver. |

| Reverse description | Central field displays a square cartouche with a central lotus rosette medallion, flanked on all four sides by Tibetan script denoting the cycle and year date. The square is set within an elaborate field of interlacing foliate and scrollwork motifs rendered in the Tibetan decorative style, with additional script characters occupying the spaces between the scrollwork. The outer border consists of a continuous beaded ring. The flan shows characteristic irregularities consistent with hand-struck production, and certain varieties bear a crescent and sun or crescent and swastika device at the top of the reverse. |
