Obverse description Cast gold sycee ingot of characteristic double-lobed boat shape with a recessed oval field bearing three stamped cartouches in relief. The central cartouche carries the issuer legend in vertical columns, flanked on each side by identical stamps denoting purity. Concentric oval flow lines from casting are visible across the field.
