Reverse description Hammered gold flan with multi-line Arabic calligraphic legend filling the central field in horizontal registers, typical of Ottoman sultani coinage of the Algiers Regency. The inscription bears the regnal titles and name of the reigning Ottoman Sultan Ibrahim, struck in thuluth-style script. The strike is characteristically uneven across the flan, with weak areas at the periphery. A partial marginal inscription is discernible along the inner border, consistent with the date formula referencing the Hijri year of issue.
