| Obverse description | Central field displays the quartered arms of Jülich and Berg within a shield, depicting the lion of Berg and the eagle of Jülich in alternating quarters. The shield is set within a beaded inner circle. The surrounding Latin legend GULICH.UND.BERG.LANDMUNZ runs along the periphery, identifying the coin as a land currency of Jülich and Berg.
