Reverse description Central field displays the denomination ONE STIVER in two lines beneath a St. Edward's Crown, all enclosed within an oak wreath tied at the base with a ribbon bow. The date 1813 appears in the exergue below the wreath. The circular legend COLONIES OF ESSEQUEBO & DEMARARY TOKEN runs around the upper periphery, and the whole design is framed by a finely executed beaded border.
