| Obverse description | Central field features a plain cross pattée in relief, its four arms extending toward the coin's border. Flanking the vertical arm of the cross are two stylized decorative elements, likely foliate or scroll-like in form, symmetrically placed in the left and right fields. The flan is irregular and slightly convex, consistent with the hammered tin-lead calin coinage produced for Portuguese Malacca. No legend is present on this face. The surface shows the characteristic crude workmanship typical of locally struck colonial issues of the mid-sixteenth century. |

| Reverse description | The reverse displays a bold, diagonal pattern of multiple parallel raised lines or bands crossing the field, creating a striated or hatched effect within a raised border. A prominent decorative motif at the lower portion of the field, possibly a stylized floral or fan-shaped element, anchors the composition. The overall design is geometric and abstract, consistent with the Malay-influenced artistic conventions applied to Portuguese colonial coinage struck in Malacca. The flan is irregular and the relief is shallow, reflecting the primitive hammered technique used for calin coinage. No legend or inscription is present. |
