Obverse description Displayed double-headed eagle with wings spread, each head turned outward in opposite directions, surmounted by an ornate crown within a laurel cartouche at top center. The eagle's breast bears a decorative escutcheon, and the talons are prominently rendered at the base. The date 1739 is divided by the eagle's body, with '17' to the left and '39' to the right, flanked by dots in the field. The overall design is rendered in a bold Baroque style consistent with Habsburg-influenced coinage of the period.
