Obverse description The Peruvian national coat of arms is depicted in the center of the obverse, featuring the three traditional quarters: a vicuña in the upper left, a cinchona tree in the upper right, and a cornucopia in the lower half, all enclosed within an ornate laurel and palm branch wreath tied with a ribbon at the base. The circular legend BANCO CENTRAL DE RESERVA DEL PERÚ arcs along the upper rim. Below the arms, the Lima mint mark (L with a small A) appears above the denomination UN SOL in large raised letters, flanked by the weight specification 33,625g to the left and the fineness PLATA 0,925 to the right, with the date 2024 centered in the lower field.
