| Obverse description | A six-spoked wheel depicted in high relief at the centre of the flan, its hub and rim clearly defined within the irregular circular field. The spokes radiate symmetrically from the central hub, rendered in the bold, schematic style characteristic of early Etruscan aes grave coinage. The type served as the standard value mark for the semis denomination within the Etruscan series. No legend or inscription is present. |
