Reverse description The Virgin Mary, crowned and nimbed with a radiate glory, is depicted seated on billowing clouds, holding the Christ Child upon her lap; both figures are rendered with halos. The composition fills the central field with devotional elegance in the Roman Baroque tradition. The surrounding Latin legend SVBLIMIS INTER SIDERA — meaning 'Sublime among the stars' — runs along the beaded border, referencing the Marian glorification. The lower field shows clouds receding into the exergual area. The reverse exhibits fine engraving consistent with the Roman papal mint workshop of the period.
