| Reverse description | The central field displays the ornate crowned coat of arms of Grand Master John Timothy Dunlap, elaborately mantled with heraldic drapery supported by tasselled cords on either side, rendered in high relief. The shield bears the quartered arms of the Order of Malta impaled with the personal arms of Dunlap. The motto 'CONCUSSUS SURGO' arcs along the upper legend, while the denomination '1 SCUDO' is inscribed at the base. Small eight-pointed star ornaments flank the shield within the inner beaded border, consistent with Hospitaller heraldic tradition. |
