Reverse description Within a beaded inner circle, a two-field divided heraldic shield bearing a cross on the left and an archbishop's crosier on the right, the symbols of episcopal and secular authority. The shield is set upon a plain field and enclosed by a beaded border. A Latin devotional legend encircles the design between the inner and outer rims. The coin is struck in the typical irregular hammered fabric of mid-sixteenth-century Baltic billon coinage.
