| Obverse description | Printed in purple-brown on light paper, the obverse carries the inscription REPUBLIK INDONESIA across the top, with the denomination numeral 1 at both upper corners. A central vignette presents a stylised fan or shell motif framed by a guilloche underprint, above which the text TANDA PEMBAJARAN JANG SAH appears on a scroll-like banner. A rectangular text panel at centre bears a legal warning inscription in Indonesian citing anti-counterfeiting statutes. The denomination numeral 1 also appears in plain type at upper and lower margins within the border. |
