| Obverse description | The obverse bears multiple horizontal bands of Nastaliq calligraphy filling the entire field, presenting the imperial titles and name of Empress Victoria in the regal Mughal style adopted by the Kishangarh mint. The inscriptions are arranged in flowing diagonal and curved lines across the flan, characteristic of the hammered Nazarana coinage tradition. A dotted border or pellet ornaments punctuate the text bands at intervals. The overall composition follows the conventional Mughal-derived epigraphic layout used by Indian princely states during the late Victorian period. |
