Reverse description Three horizontal registers of Persian script divided by ruled lines record the regnal year (RY) and the mint name Itawa, following standard late Mughal rupee layout. The regnal year numeral appears in the upper field. Pellet ornaments are scattered in the field consistent with Awadh mint practice. The calligraphy is deeply incised in the hammered flan, with characteristic flat high-relief lettering.
