Reverse description The reverse is fully epigraphic, displaying the mint and regnal year formula in three registers of bold Nasta'liq script. The upper register bears the phrase denoting auspicious prosperity, the central register carries the regnal year 45 of Shah Alam II's reign, and the lower register records the mint name Farrukhabad. Six-petalled floral rosette ornaments and small pellet clusters decorate the field between the inscription bands, consistent with the Bengal Presidency milled rupee series. The silver surface shows pronounced iridescent toning with warm golden and blue hues.
