| Reverse description | The reverse displays the mint name Bhakkar and the regnal year (Sana) 22 of Emperor Muhammad Shah's reign, inscribed in Persian Naskh script across the field. A secondary legend reads 'Jalos Manoos Memanat', a formulaic auspicious phrase associated with the accession couplet standard at this mint. The inscription is arranged in multiple lines within a plain linear border, consistent with Mughal provincial mint practice. The field is unadorned save for the legends, struck on a broad, slightly irregular flan characteristic of hammered coinage. The AH date corresponds to regnal years struck between AH 1151 and AH 1153. |
