| Obverse description | Central field features the iconic Charminar gateway of Hyderabad rendered in relief, with the Urdu initial 'Mim' (م), representing 'Mahbub', inscribed within the central archway. A dense calligraphic legend in Naskh-style Urdu script surrounds the central motif, bearing the royal titles 'Asaf Jah' at top, 'Bahadur' to the left, and 'Nizam Al-Mulk' to the right. The date in the AH calendar (1320) appears in the lower portion of the legend. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border framed by an ornate Greek-key (meander) decorative band at the rim. |

| Reverse description | The denomination 'One Rupee' is inscribed in Urdu calligraphy within a central rope-bordered circle. Surrounding the central circle, a circular Urdu legend records the mint name 'Farkhanda Bunyad Hyderabad' and the regnal year, noting this as the 35th year of the reign. The outer border mirrors the obverse with an ornate Greek-key meander band and beaded rim, lending the piece a highly decorative and unified aesthetic consistent with a pattern striking. |
