Reverse description The reverse displays a multi-line Persian inscription in Naskh script arranged in horizontal registers across the full field, recording the mint name, regnal year, and additional epithets in accordance with Mughal coinage conventions. The legend is divided by ruled lines into distinct bands of calligraphy. A distinctive Narwar local symbol, described as a lotus flower motif combined with a four-leaf clover device, appears within or adjacent to the inscription field as a mint or issuer mark. The hammered flan results in a slightly irregular, scalloped edge characteristic of Indian princely state rupees of this period.
